# Sales value, battery volumeand the expense picture.
I coordinated marketplace campaign activity with Shopee’s account manager as part of my wider e-commerce responsibilities. Across the reported e-commerce business, January–September 2026 sales reached RM2.88 million, an increase of 11.75% compared with the same period in 2025. Battery units sold decreased by 6.57%, so the performance review considers sales value, volume and expenses together.

My role & campaign coordinationSales, volume & expensesWhat the figures show

BUSINESS CONTEXT & MY ROLE
## Marketplace campaigns within a wider marketing plan.
I oversee Shopee, Lazada and website e-commerce activity, aligning marketplace campaigns, product content and reporting with wider marketing plans.

### Shopee account-manager campaign coordination
I work directly with Shopee’s account manager to coordinate campaign activity and track the results through e-commerce reporting. This describes campaign coordination; it is not a claim of a formal Shopee partnership, certification, endorsement or exclusive relationship.

### Marketplace execution and reporting
My responsibilities connect campaign coordination with marketplace operations, product content and website e-commerce. I review reported sales, car batteries sold and expenses together to understand the commercial picture.

The results below cover the aggregate reported e-commerce business. The supplied report does not isolate Shopee-only sales, marketplace-specific results or the effect of an individual campaign.

INTERPRETING THE COMPARISON
## A mixed result, reviewed in context.
Sales were higher in January–April 2026 than in the corresponding 2025 months. Every month from May–September 2026 was below its corresponding 2025 month. The higher nine-month sales total should not be described as uninterrupted growth.

Higher sales value alongside lower battery volume is a mixed result. The report does not establish whether pricing, product mix, customer behaviour or another factor caused the difference. Car batteries sold are units, not an order count or an average-order-value measure.

**Expense scope is unspecified.** The figures are presented as reported e-commerce expenses, rather than advertising spend or a complete cost base.

**Profitability is not established.** Sales minus these reported expenses is not labelled profit. Reported expenses divided by sales is an expense share, not a profit margin.

**Attribution needs further evidence.** Channel-level sales, campaign attribution, orders, pricing and cost coverage would be needed to explain the causes or assess conversion rate, order value and profitability.

No cause for expense changes or future recovery period is inferred from these figures.
